||
| TLC Industries, Inc. is the major cabinet manufacturer in the Video Amusement Game industry and builds commercial grade cabinets for most of the leading game manufacturers. Be assured that you have purchased the best game product on the market today. | ||
| All TLC game cabinets are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from receipt of product. | ||
| If you receive damaged goods, please be sure to make it known to the shipper, documenting the damage in writing, with picture evidence if available, and file a claim with the shipper through their claims department. | ||
| Video Game Monitors are tested in the TLC production facility and leave our factory in good working condition. Due to possible rough treatment in transportation, loading and unloading, there are occasions when the delicate circuitry comes loose. If there is a problem with the initial picture image, some adjustment is possible through the video control panel accessed from the back door of the cabinet. | ||
| Your video monitor is warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one (1) year from the date of receipt of your game unit. | ||
| Should you experience problems with the video monitor performance beyond your ability to make the simple adjustments available to you, you may contact the manufacturer at: | ||
| Wells-Gardner 1-800-336-6630 ( Be sure to have the serial number as listed on the tag on the back of the monitor: WG- ______________ ) |
||
| Game electronics are made available to TLC Industries in Kit form. We then assemble those components in our cabinets to provide a finished game for your enjoyment. | ||
| The electronic and mechanical components of the game kit are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for a period of ninety (90) days from receipt of product. | ||
| This includes the game controls, power supplies, motherboard, hard drive, disc drive and any other internal electronics inside the game cabinet. | ||
| There are commercial game distributors all over the country that can provide service to your game after the warranty period expires. Many of these service centers can be located at: www.replaymagazine.com/orglinks.htm | ||
