What is the return policy?
Because these machines are made to order and shipped to you directly from the manufacturer, please note that we are not able to accept returns. Orders can be cancelled ONLY on the date of purchase. Please inspect your items upon delivery and note any damage to the driver.

How is my order shipped?
Arcade Game Warehouse ships your genuine arcade product within 1-2 weeks from the time you order. Bekins Home Direct delivers product into your home, unpacks it, plugs it in and takes care of the mess so you can start playing your game without the hassle of cleaning up. International customers: please contact us for an international shipping quote. The buyer will pay for all tariffs and customs fees applicable to any purchase.

What if my product was damaged in shipment?
When the package arrives, carefully check it over for any potential heavy shipping damage. If the package appears to have suffered heavy damage during shipment, refuse the shipment. Please note that the box will have incurred some normal wear during shipment. The product is tested and shipped in perfect working condition. Please contact us immediately if you find this to not be the case.
